Candidate for City Council District 2
Brentwood is a spectacular place to call home and requires leadership aligned with the principal foundations that made our city the "Jewel of East County". Kris' goal is to strengthen our long-term growth with a primary focus on economic development, public safety, and long-term fiscal solvency.
1. Economic Growth - Close the gap between our quality-of-life benefits from our long commute negatives. Enable more families to live, work, and play in the city they call home.
2. Public Safety - Fulfill the goal of hiring the remainder of our Brentwood Police Department headcount and staff the Fifth Beat. As an already funded cost, our residents could use it!
3. Long-Term Fiscal Solvency - Pre-fund pension and other employee obligations as to minimize debt expenditures and solidify sustainable funding mechanisms outside of housing development fees.
